National Honor Society Inducts Eight New Members

Following tradition, eight members of Bloomfield High School were inducted into National Honor Society, by candlelight. The newly inducted members did not know until that evening whether or not their application for membership would be accepted until the traditional "shoulder tap".
For each student, the qualities of character, service, and leadership are examined, in addition to academics, by a committee of teachers.
Current NHS members are: LaVerne Hauger, Cortney Milliken, Nick Mertens, Justin Cunningham, Lindsay Hopkins, Sarah Oltjenbruns, Mickey Doerr, and Kristen Allen.
Newly inducted NHS members are: Katie Eckmann, Joan Yule, Will Yunker, Mary Lingenfelter, Leanna Cayler, Ali Geiselman, Emma Wagner, and Lynndsy Hauger. Congratulations!!
