The total books read this year by children grades 1-6 were 4482 up 179 from last year. GREAT JOB and keep reading over the summer!
Thanks is extended to the elementary students and their parents , grandparents , and caregivers who attended the Title I/Reading Counts pot luck supper. The fantastic turnout is a testament to the parent/caregiver involvement in their child's education. Thanks is also extended to Mrs. Howder, Elementary Librarian, for her promotion of the reading activities and to the staff for constantly encouraging students to read.
