FFA Corn Research Plot Open House Monday Aug 31

The Bloomfield FFA invites all interested parties to join them at their open house for the corn Research plot. The event is scheduled for 6:00 pm at the plot which is located approximately 6 miles north of the highway 84/121 junction on the oil county road near the Curt Arens farm. There will be signs posted. Tours of 52 varieties of corn from 8 different companies will be given and a meal will be served.
Seed companies involved are Pioneer, Garst, Golden Harvest, Dekalb,
NK, Excell, MSN, Masters Choice, Lewis, and Cropland.
Representatives from these companies as well as from chemical
companies will be there to explain the plot and answer any
questions. Meal will be provided by varies Chemical companies and
served by the FFA and CVA.
Make plans to attend to learn about the hybrids involved and
socialize with FFA members and your neighbors.
