Safety Presentation-grades K-12

The Nebraska State Patrol, represented by Kent Hanlin, will be visiting the students of Bloomfield Community Schools on Wednesday, February 3rd. He will be communicating with all students K-12 about “safety”. The younger groups [K-6] will have a discussion about strangers and other age appropriate topics that will last about 25 minutes. Students grades 7-12 will discuss internet safety/responsibility, cell phone responsibility, and other topics in more detail [complete with examples of Nebraska law suits] for about 45 minutes. Teachers, please attend with your students according to the following schedule.

Grades 7-8 9:00-9:45 High School Gym
Grades K-2 10:00-10:25 Elementary Multipurpose Room
Grades 3-6 10:30-10:55 Elementary Multipurpose Room
