RIF Day in the Library 3-2-10

It looked like Saturday morning here at the elementary school. Teachers and students wore their pajamas to school for R.I.F. Day and Read Across America. Classes came into the library in the morning to choose a book from a great selection of Scholastic books. Almost everyone in each class wore p.j.s or brought their blankets and stuffed animals to the library so each class was the winner of a popcorn party! We want to be sure to thank the B.E.A for their donation to the R.I.F. program. Every year they contribute $100 toward the purchase of these books. Funding is also made possible by proceeds from our annual fall book fair.
