Reece, Bree, and Andrew were invited to come assist with the interactive reading of Peanut Butter and Jelly.
The student council.
Read Across America felt a lot like rest and read to us. The only difference was that we were in the gym and everybody had on pajamas!
The elementary student council introduced the readers and lead the activities for the event.
Juleen Eisenhauer and Leann Kersten came to read to all of us.
What a great looking bunch!

Bloomfield Elementary celebrated Read Across America (otherwise known as Dr. Suess' birthday) on Tuesday, March 2.  The student council planned this Bedtime Stories themed event which included  Mrs.Juleen Eisenhauer and Mrs.Leann Kersten reading to the entire student body,  the student council members reading a story and having the audience members participate in the reading of it, and eating a delicious cookie made by Mrs. Nipp and the other gals in the kitchen while doing some independent reading.
