On Friday and Saturday, May 20th and 21st, the 2016 Nebraska Track and Field Championships were held at Burke Stadium in Omaha. The athletes and spectators were blessed with wonderful weather and the Bloomfield athletes responded well to it with some personal and seasonal bests. On May 16, the Bloomfield/Wausa golf team traveled to Plainview to compete in the C-3 district meet. The team competed against 14 other Class C teams and a total of 73 golfers for a chance to compete in the Class C state tournament.
