8:30-8:45             Arrival of External Team Members

        Welcome – CIP Chairpersons – Coffee & Rolls [morning in Ag Ed room]

8:45-9:15             External Team Orientation

Ted Hillman discusses the purpose and procedures for the visit 

9:15-9:30                 Opening Presentation         

Elementary, Junior High, and High School Student Councils “share” mission and goal

9:30-10:30                 External Team Meets with CIP Committee and Administration        

Formal presentation by steering committee: Esther Pease [HS English/ Yearbook/ Media]; Matt Kuchar [HS Social Sciences]; Tabitha Gilsdorf [2nd Grade]; Ellen Freeman [Kindergarten]; Robert Marks [Superintendent]; Kimberly Lingenfelter [K-12 Principal] 

10:30-12:00         Facility Tour and Interviews

                           Tour both schools and interview staff and students  

12:00-1:00           LUNCH – Elementary Gifted Classroom

1:00-4:00             External Team Meeting / Report Drafting 

External team compares notes and impressions, identifies areas for further review or inquiry [Continuous Improvement Technical Assistance Rubric]

4:00-5:00             Hors d’ oeuvres and Oral Exit Report in the MPR

Oral exit report facilitated by the external team and attended by K-12 teachers and administration
