October 28th-November 1st Bloomfield Community Schools took part in Red Ribbon Week.Red Ribbon Week is an alcohol, tobacco, and other drug and violence prevention campaign. This week students pledged to be Drug Free and were taught the dangers of using drugs. The students took part in dress-up days and listened to officers from the Nebraska State Patrol and K-9 Unit.A huge thank-you to everyone who made this possible!
Bloomfield Elementary School is taking part in Fire Prevention Week!On Wednesday, October 9, 2019 the Bloomfield Fire Department took time out of their schedules to come and talk with the students about fire safety. The students learned a lot and had many questions to ask!The Kindergarten class had the opportunity to ride in the fire trucks before the assembly began.
We want to thank the Fire Department for taking the time to do this!
