THURSDAY, APRIL 25, 2024                

 

TO STUDENTS:

 

·         Congratulations to the track athletes who competed at yesterday’s Norfolk Classic meet. Brooke Pinkelman placed 3rd in the 100 and 6th in 200. Jacob Smith placed 5th in the 400 and the 4x400 relay team of Layne Warrior, Evan Hollander, Beau Eisenhauer and Jacob Smith placed 4th.

 

·         Today the 7th and 8th graders will be doing the NSCAS Math testing. 7th grade will test during 7th & 8th periods. 8th grade will test during 4th & 5th periods.

 

·         Today during Hives the seniors will be meeting with the Knox Co. Economic Development Committee in Mr. Kuchar’s room.

 

·         Today at 2:45 the golf team will be dismissed for a practice round with Osmond and Wausa.

 

·         If you missed the opportunity to order this year’s track shirts, here’s your chance. Due to popular demand and requests from far and wide, a second order is going in. Orders are due by MONDAY APRIL 29 at 10 am. No late orders.

·         Wausa will be hosting a baseball camp this Saturday at the softball field. Ages 7, 8 and 9 will be from 9-11:30 AM. Ages 10, 11 and 12 will go from 12:30-3:00. Lunch will be served. The cost is $50 per person. Contact Shelbey West at 623-680-2841 if interested.

·         Remember to stop by Mrs. Sazama’s room to do the faculty/staff trivia. Yesterday’s winner was Blake Hochstein. Daily prizes awarded from the Yearbook class.

 

·         There is an Invisalign retainer in the office that was found in the lunchroom. Please stop by to claim. There is also a pair of air pods in the office.

 

·         Today’s lunch is tacos. Friday’s breakfast is donut holes.
