
This is National School Lunch Week. Invite your parents and grandparents to lunch!

The Knox County Volleyball Tournament will be held in Wausa. Bloomfield has a bye the first round and then at 6:30 PM they will play the winner-Creighton or Niobrara/Verdigre. Admission is $5.00 for adults and $4.00 for K-12 students. Only tournament passes will be honored. The team will depart at 4:10 PM.

Congratulations to the football team for their 40-18 victory over Randolph on Friday.

The Friday early out schedule will be followed today. Students that need to stay are to report to their assigned classroom. School will be dismissed at 2:45 PM. If you were on Monday’s eligibility list, you need to stay!

John Baylor Test Prep for the ACT is on Math 6th period in Mr. Kaiser’s room today. Monday’s is on Math homework & quiz 7th period in Mr. Kaiser’s room.

2019-2020 Yearbooks are the lowest price of the year- $36. After today yearbooks will be on sale for $38 until Christmas break and $40 in January. BUY YOUR YEARBOOK NOW AND SAVE!!!! Place your money in the containers for the teacher pie contest. This has been extended for another week. The total amount needs to be atleast $120.00. The money will be used to buy a camera.

The volleyball team will depart Monday at 4:10 PM.

The Ruritan tailgate has been cancelled this evening.

The football team will host Randolph tonight at 7:00 PM.

Tiernee Freeman medaled in 4th place in the junior high girls race Wednesday.

Congratulations to the Bloomfield/Wausa cross country team for some fine performances yesterday. The girls won both the Bloomfield Invitational and the Lewis and Clark Conference meet. They were led by Christina Martinson in 2nd place, Darla Nelson in 4th, Hannah Hubers in 6th, Madie Ziegler in 10th, Ella McFarland in 11th and Emily Woockman in 14th. On the boys side, Addison Smith medaled in 4th place, and Cory Martinson in 8th. In the junior high division, Tyler Hanson finished in 3rd place while Carry Martinson won the junior high girls race while Tiernee Freeman medaled in 4th place. The squad and coaches would like to thank everyone for coming out and helping to run off the meet and support them.

Tonight is Parents Night for the cross country and volleyball teams. The parents will be introduced after the second match.

The volleyball team will host a triangular today Starting at 5:00 PM-- Bloomfield vs Laurel/Concord; 6:00 PM--Hartington/Newcastle vs Laurel/Concord; 8:00 PM-- Bloomfield vs Hartington/Newcastle.

Community Youth Group will meet tonight from 6:30-7:30 @ the Methodist Church. Anyone in grades 7-12 are welcome to join us.

Parents Night for the cross country and volleyball will be held Thursday. The parents will be introduced after the second match.
