Students grades 8-11 playing football will be having a helmet and shoulder pad fitting on Thursday at 3:45 PM with Mr. Kuchar and the Riddell representative.

There will be a Boating Skills Course offered May 25 at All Season’s Power Sports in Yankton, SD. You must be at least 14 years old to take the course. The cost is $10.00 and it is a 6 hour course. If interested see the flyer on the bulletin boards.

Tracksters that did not qualify for the state meet need to hand their washed clothing into Mr. Wilken either today or on Wednesday after school. Mr. Wilken will not be able to check anything in after Thur. night. They are also reminded of the picnic on Thursday at 5:30 PM.

The FFA Petting Zoo will be held today at 1:00 AM by the Ag shop. At 6:30 PM the FFA picnic will be held at the fairgrounds.
At district golf, Mitchell finished 24th yesterday by shooting a 93. The team was 10th. Thanks for a great season.

Congratulations to the boys and girls track and field squads for their 4th place and runner-up finishes in Friday's district D-3 track and field meet. Those qualifying for state were: Trenton Holz 2nd in the 200, Bree Eisenhauer 1st in the 3200, 2nd in the 1600; Ella McFarland 1st in pole vault, 2nd in 3200; and Alexandra Eisenhauer 2nd in 100, 100HH and 300LH. The state meet will be held this Friday and Saturday at Burke Stadium in Omaha. All of the qualifiers will compete on Friday with Ella and Bree also having events on Saturday as well as those that qualify for finals.
