Congratulations to the boys and girls cross country teams for their fine performances in yesterday's Niobrara/Verdigre Invitational. Both the boys and girls won their respective divisions out of the 12 schools participating. Medalist were: Christina Martinson 1st, Tiernee Freeman 2nd, Carry Martinson 3rd, Madie Ziegler 5th, Addison Wynia 12 and Hadley Vanness 1st place reserve. For the boys it was Luke Woockman 1st, Cade Wakeley 2nd, Tomik Duffy 6th, and Tyler Hanson 17th. The boys jr. hi won their division with Rogan Hoesing placing 4th, Ty Freeman 5th, and Abe Wynia 9th. The girls jr. high team finished in 2nd place with Madyson Mlady medaling in 1st place followed by Kysa Loecker in 6th and Myranda Eckmann in 9th.
The JH football games on Tuesday, September 6 will be two full A and B, 4 quarter games vs Plainview at Creighton, starting at 4:00! Good Luck Bloomfield- Creighton!
Neighborhood Watch will be hosting a free will tailgate Friday night before the football game at the softball complex in Crofton. They will start serving at 5 o’clock and go until game time.

XC Meet in Niobrara on Thursday, September 1st. The girls' race will begin at 4:30pm with the boys' race to follow, then the junior high girls', and the junior high boys' race will conclude the meet. There will be a fee charged to get into the State Park if you do not have a park sticker or a state licensed vehicle. $6 for a vehicle with a Nebraska license plate or $12 for an out of state vehicle.
There will be a Bee Booster meeting August 30th at 6:00 PM at the high school in the west lobby commons area.

The game will begin at 6:30 p.m. in Verdigre and all proceeds will be sent to the Nebraska High School Sports Hall of Fame to help support their mission of recognizing outstanding Nebraska high school athletes. Please come support the Queen Bee volleyball team tonight! GO BEES!
