Good morning from BHS. Due to Hartington/Newcastle not being able to play in tonights Volleyball Quad in Wynot (due to Covid protocol) this is the new schedule.

We have our first positive COVID case in the 5th grade room. Please monitor your students symptoms at home. The last exposure to the positive case was Tuesday, August 24th. North Central District Health Department is doing the contact tracing. If your student is ill or showing any symptoms, please get them tested as soon as possible. Thank you

Bees Booster Fundraiser!!
Kindergarten students have been keeping busy learning a lot of new skills such as cutting, gluing and coloring. We have also started our ABC Bootcamp that will take us through all 26 letters and sounds to keep building these young learners into great readers!
Bloomfield's 3 year old preschoolers are so excited for school!
There will be an FCCLA Kick Off night August 30th in Mrs. Guthmiller's room at 7pm.

We are currently looking for a line judge for jr varsity and varsity volleyball games. There will be a meeting for parents/guardians of high school athletes that will be participating in cross country on Monday, August 16th in the Bloomfield Community gym at 7:30 PM.
There will be a cross country campout on August 17th and 18th for any athlete gr. 7-12 that will be participating in cross country this fall. Sign-up for the camp must be completed by Friday, August 13th. For further information, please contact Duane Wilken 402-860-8916. Those that have not done summer conditioning are still welcome. Practice starts August 9th.
