
You may have noticed the tombstones hanging on the walls in our hallways. These have been created by your local "No Limits" group to draw attention to those who have died from the use of tobacco products. Hollywood has had a major role in glamorizing tobacco products, but that promotion came at a cost. The Marlboro Man, another Marlboro Man, John Candy, Babe Ruth, Marilyn Monroe . . . the list goes on and on. Is using tobacco worth the price of your life?

Conference Honor Band will be held in Hartington Saturday. Concert will be held at 4:30 PM. The school with the highest concert attendance from each side of the conference will receive a plaque. Come and support the Bloomfield Band Program. Admission is $4.00 for K-12/$5.00 for adults. Please be in the band room by 6:45 AM Saturday.

The wrestling team will travel to Neligh on Saturday for their invitational. The team will depart at 6:30 AM. Match time is 10:00 AM.

KBRX Radio(102.9 FM) will be broadcasting the varsity basketball games with Chamber-Wheeler Central tonight.

Yearbook will have the concession stand tonight starting at 4:45 PM.

The boys junior varsity, girls and boys varsity basketball teams will host Chambers/Wheeler Central tonight. The boys junior varsity game will begin at 5:15 PM.
