Congratulations to Keaten Gilsdorf on an incredible 1st place finish! Keldon battled hard to tie for 3rd, and Cody Smith secured 5th place.

To top it off, the team brought it home with an overall 1st place finish! 🏆 Way to go, Bees!

Quiz Bowl is a fast-paced, double-elimination competition where teams of four battle it out by answering questions from all areas of academic knowledge and current events. The team with the highest score at the end of each round moves on—so bring the brainpower and the buzz! 🧠⚡️

The Bees battled through tough wind and strong competition today at Plainview. Keldon Loecker earned 9th place with a score of 83. Great effort by the entire team in challenging conditions! The team will be back in action Tuesday at their home course, Rolling Hills Country Club. Come out and support the Bees!

Today our FCCLA chapter partnered with the Bloomfield Ambulance and Fire Departments to present a powerful distracted driving scenario as part of the Teens in the Driver Seat program. 🚗🚨

Car crashes are the leading cause of death for young people, and today’s demonstration highlighted the top five dangers: distractions, nighttime and drowsy driving, speeding/street racing, low seat belt use, and impaired driving.

Our students had the opportunity to take part in live demonstrations, making this an impactful, real-life learning experience they won’t forget.

A huge thank you to our local ambulance and fire departments for taking time out of their day to share such an important message and help keep our students safe.
